Creative copywriting and marketing

Copywriting is all around us. It's the emails you get from your favourite brands. It's the writing on the home page of a website. It's the text on the packaging of your sandwich describing how wonderfully delicious it is. 

My aim is to make these words as inviting and entertaining as possible. Drawing people in, encouraging them to use your product or service. 

People want something that feels human. They don't connect with words written by an AI bot (because you can tell when something's written by AI, can't you?) Copy I create connects with people on a personal level while conveying the passion you have for your business.

Individuality

Your business is unique. I spend time getting to know you and your brand, so I can create copy that represents you. 

Creativity

I'm a creative person. And in a world getting more and more robot, creativity makes you stand out. Creativity makes you get seen. Creativity can help elevate your business.

I want you to be happy. I know how important your business is to you. I'll revisit and refine drafts until we have something that makes you :).

I'm a hardworking individual with commercial experience in the copywriting world. I'm determined to use my skills to help you.

Empathy for you, and empathy for your customers. Creating material which works for you and appeals to your target market is my priority.

I'll always keep you in the loop. I'll be open and honest about how projects are progressing. I'm a big asker of questions. Doing so helps me create the best material for you. And I'm happy if you ask lots of questions back :)

What I am not

A robot

Everyone's talking about AI. I am not an AI. I think AI is great for a lot of things ... but not for the super creative stuff. AI recycles what's already out there. You want something new. 

A person with 80 years experience

You will be able to find a creative with more experience with me. But they probably won't have my energy, ambition and drive. My skillset has been crafted in the 2020's, and can help your business thrive in it. 

An absolute computer whizz

I can write wacky copy and dabble in graphic design. I am not an SEO expert - although I do know more than your average Jo - and I'm not a website designer - although I did make this bad boy myself. My skills lie in the creative side, not the technical.
